Chad Taylor - Africa will become a Storehouse to the Nations, the Army and the Wealth of Esau is Coming Back
26 March, 2008 — DeborahWho needs to subscribe to comedy/joke websites when you can just go to The Elijah List website to be entertained with jokes. Unfortunately the ‘jokes’ are serious ones as God is used to present a punch line that He never ordained in the first place. I laugh and cry at the same time when reading these ‘prophecies’. I laugh at how ridiculous they are and I cry for those that believe them.
By the way, just on a lighter note; where can I buy the book ’How to write prophecies that sound like they come from God?’ For it appears the ‘godly grammar’ used by these ‘prophets’ could only have come out of a text book such as this. I’ve searched all over for such a book and have come to the conclusion that this ‘godly grammar’ is completely supernatural - passed on by an anti-Christ spirit with a PhD in English Communications and Deception.
And here we have it ANOTHER biblically contradicting message from none other than Chad Taylor (whoever he might be) - obviously someone good enough to pass the Elijah List’s ‘How to misquote scripture and deceive the people of Africa good and truly’ Exam.

Africa will become a Storehouse to the Nations–the Army and the Wealth of Esau is Coming Back
Africa, mighty nation of kings and princes, the Lord says to Africa, “Rachel, weep no more. Your children are coming back to their borders, and every anointing that was forfeited, sold and stolen on every foreign seashore will return to your continent a hundred fold in this lifetime and the life to come. For I see Esau coming back to Jacob; I see the army of Esau and all of his lambs and sheep. I see the wealth of Esau coming back to Jacob. I see the Queen of Sheba coming unto Solomon. I see the wealth of the wicked returning; returning to the shores of Africa. And you will rebuild the old waste places and the cities that have been ashes.“
God will raise up before your eyes, even like a new Jerusalem, God will raise up a city, God will raise up a continent, and God will raise up a nation even in a day.
Esau, Jacob and the Spirit of Joseph
God says, “It will be a miracle; it will be a phenomena. It will be a paradox to some, a miracle to others, and a phenomena to not just a few with what I do through you, oh Africa. For the army and the wealth of Esau, and the birthright that was stolen and sold is coming back to Jacob.”
I see ships, ships, ships full of your people, full of generations, full of mantles, full of anointing, and full of crowns coming back, filling your seashores and filling the horizons as far as the eye can see. From a thousand years ago until now, coming back, coming back, and coming back; for what the devil meant for evil, God has always intended for your good. And the spirit of Joseph shall rest upon you, and you will live in no pit and no prison no more. And the scepter of Pharaoh shall be extended to your nation and kings shall come to the brightness of its rising and the army of the gentiles shall come because the glory of the Lord is arising and shining upon you.
Storehouses to the Nations
God says, “And though gross darkness has covered you, My glory shall arise and shine upon you. For that very text of Scripture was written for such a time as this, and you will not fail in the time of testing and you will pour it back upon the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Great charity will break poverty, and Africa will become a storehouse to the nations. There will be storehouses filled with new manna and new bread, and other countries in the next decade will come to Africa to fill their bags and fill their ships. I will completely turn it around, for all things work together for the good of those called according to My purposes, and My purposes are coming into fullness, fullness, fullness.
And I am recapturing the minds of your youth. They will become doctors and they will become geniuses in their fields. They will become physicists and doctors and lawyers and they will defend you and they will stand for you. And I will raise them up to be the head and not the tail, as prophets and kings–as priests.” Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Signs and Wonders Over Africa
It starts in 2008. The stall and the calves have left the gate in 2008, and you will see a phenomenon in the sky above; you watch it, you watch it. Those that are observant and those that are prophetic and even science shall record the mysteries and the signs and wonders in the heavens above and the earth beneath. Blood, fire and pillars of smoke shall be seen over Africa as a sign and a wonder and as a symbol of God’s promises and His ability to perform them in this hour. Strange eclipses of the sun and the moon; strange phenomena in the heavens.
I hear the Lord saying, “A star is born, and kings will come to the brightness of its rising to bring their gifts, to bring their wealth and to bring their wisdom.”
Hospitals, Universities and Technological Breakthroughs
I see medical hospitals and medical colleges rising up within Africa that will be the envy of the nations, and people will come there to attend those schools and those universities. Like Oxford was in England, God is raising up the academic anointing in the nation of Africa, and you will be the envy of England and the envy of America. Great medical institutions and great academic institutions shall arise from the ashes of civil war.
God says, “Where war has marked those countries, so shall My glory now mark them. I will remove the pricks that you have kicked against and I will remove the obstacles and I will make a way where there appeared to be in one day, no way.”
Oh my God. Oh my God. And the Lord says, “I will break up the fountains of the deep and waters shall be found. Waters shall be discovered that will be bottled, that shall become an industrious witty-invention and will bring wealth to the people in the Christian communities. Discoveries, hidden treasures in the darkness will be coming to the light, to the faithful few, and into the hands of the Joseph-anointed. For I am building an Ark in the continent of Africa, and many nations shall come to find the Glory that resides in you.”

Um, hang on a second, I’ve just noticed that there is not one scripture mentioned in this entire ‘prophecy’. I suppose all the messages that ‘God said’ and the ‘Lord said’ makes up for his complete lack of biblical referencing. I bet that Chad is also betting on the fact that many haven’t studied the bible - hence we should just take his word for it. Kim Clement was kind enough to tell us all how easy it is for ‘them/him’ to tell you what he wants you to hear, he said, “There are many lazy people in the Church and, for them, the easiest way to hear God is to be fed by someone who is “close” to God.” Or ‘far’ away from God, but you will never know because you don’t study your bible!
So who was Esau? Well we pretty much all ‘kind of’ know the story about Jacob and Esau, twin brothers who pretty much gave each other a hard time from the moment they were born, even fighting each other in Rebekah’s womb: Genesis 25 v 22-26
22 And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD. 23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. 24 And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb. 25 And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau. 26 And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau’s heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.
Jacob lived and worked near the family tents whereas Esau was a hunter. Isaac loved Esau and Rebekah loved Jacob. Jacob had smooth skin and Esau was very hairy (poor guy). Anyhow, then the day came when Jacob tricked Esau into giving him the birthright, or the right to Isaac’s wealth. Esau was very hungry and Jacob would not give him any of the stew he was cooking until he agreed to sell the birthright to him. Esau agreed into giving Jacob his birthright because he saw no value in it, he despised his birthright. Genesis 25 v 27-34
27 And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents. 28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob. 29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: 30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. 31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. 32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? 33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. 34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.
Isaac wanted to give Esau a blessing (birthright) and asked Esau to go hunting and prepare some food for him. The boys’ mother (Rebekah) heard the plan and prepared the food for Jacob to take to his father Isaac instead. She put hairy goat skins on Jacob’s hands and neck and had him to dress in some of Esau’s clothes in order to trick their father. It worked. Jacob lied to his father and got the blessing that was intended for Esau. Genesis 27 v 24-29
24 And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he (Jacob) said, I am. 25 And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son’s venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine and he drank. 26 And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son. 27 And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed: 28 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: 29 Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.
Then Esau arrived just shortly after Isaac had blessed Jacob: Genisis 27 v 35-41
35 And he (Isaac) said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing. 36 And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me? 37 And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son? 38 And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept. 39 And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above; 40 And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck. 41 And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.
Now the whole point of me recanting the story of Jacob and Esau is to show that Chad Taylor doesn’t have a clue as to what he is talking about, let alone say that God told him. So lets have a look at the blessing Jacob received and the blessing Esau received:
Isaac told Jacob that his descendants would be Israel, Esau (Edom) on the other hand was told his descendants would be the Arab nation.
Now you might be wondering how it is that Jacob who ‘deceitfully’ stole Esau’s birthright was not punished by God for this. Well…you see it’s like this. God was not pleased with Jacob however God had actually chosen Jacob (Israel) before he was born because God knew that Jacob would one day repent and believed God. Esau (Arab Nations) on the other hand despised his birthright and God knew this would be the case and he knew that Esau would never repent.
It was so bad that Esau caused nothing but trouble his whole life as is seen when he helped Nebuchadnezzar attack and conquer Judah (Israel).
Now, if we go to Romans 9 vs 6-13 it again speaks about Jacob and Esau. It says;
“6 It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. 7 Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children. On the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” 8 In other words, it is not the natural children who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring. 9 For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.” 10 Not only that, but Rebekah’s children had one and the same father, our father Isaac. 11 Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God’s purpose in election might stand: 12 not by works but by him who calls—she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” 13 Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”
So, Jacob I loved but Esau I hated God says - in other words Israel I loved but Edom I hated.
So let’s get back to Chad’s prophecy, he says:
>> “Africa, mighty nation of kings and princes, the Lord says to Africa, “Rachel, weep no more.
Ok, first things first, I don’t know if Chad noticed but Africans are not Arabs. So who on earth is he saying is coming back to Africa? Esau is coming back in droves he says. Sorry Chad, but you got the wrong continent and the wrong nation of people. I could stop writing about this now because this whole analogy refutes anything he says from this point onwards as NOT being from God. But I’ll keep on going for the sake of entertainment value.
>> “For I see Esau coming back to Jacob”
Do you really?? But God says, “Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”"
>> “I see the Queen of Sheba coming unto Solomon.”
Ok here we go again…who was the Queen of Sheba and what has she got to do with this wonderful misrepresentation of scripture. The Queen of Sheba (possibly from Sheba the capital being Ma’rib in Southern Arabia) heard of King Solomon of Israel and went to visit him as she has heard of this great man and all his wisdom and wanted to test him with questions. She brought with her gifts of spices, gold and precious stones etc. The queen was taken a back by Solomon’s great wisdom and wealth (even though it seems she was pretty well off herself) and pronounced a blessing on Solomon’s God. The Queen of Sheba and her nation worshipped Shams the Sun god and also Almaqh the moon god. So now we know who the Queen of Sheba was, but what has it got to do with Africa? The answer is; absolutely nothing! If Chad ’sees’ the Queen of Sheba coming unto Solomon then again he is on the wrong continent with the wrong nation of people for Solomon was King of Israel and Sheba was Queen of Southern Arabia.
>> “God says, “It will be a miracle; it will be a phenomena. It will be a paradox to some, a miracle to others, and a phenomena to not just a few with what I do through you, oh Africa. For the army and the wealth of Esau, and the birthright that was stolen and sold is coming back to Jacob.”
Yes it will be a miracle and a phenomena and indeed a paradox for it seems that Arabs (not Africans) are going to return to Africa, and it seems it were the Arabs (not Africans) who were caught into slavery and taken offshore to other countries. By the way it is well established that Arabs were some of the first to take Africans into the slave trade (just thought I would add some history there for interest sake).
But lastly and even more confusing is, why would Esau bring the birthright that was stolen from him back to Jacob when Jacob already has the birthright after Esau traded it to him? I thinks someone (won’t mention Chad’s name here) got things a little bit muddled up there. Anyhow enough of this…and now for something completely different: Signs ’n Wonders.
>> ”It starts in 2008. Strange eclipses of the sun and the moon; strange phenomena in the heavens.”
Goodness; “blood, fire and pillars of smoke shall be seen over Africa as a sign and wonder and as a symbol of God’s promises…” This sounds more like impending wrath if you ask me. I am not sure how you get a nice pretty promise out of blood, fire and pillars of smoke. So either Chad you are talking nonsense or you have just prophesied wrath over Africa for their sinful, idolatrous, demonic worship and their rejection of the one and only living God.
It would appear that although this anti-Christ spirit has a PhD in English Communications and Deception it failed hopelessly in Geography.
All righty then, I’m gonna stop now, for it’s quite clear that there is something horribly wrong with this ‘prophecy’. Chad I really hope you seek God about this and if possible seek deliverance from this anti-Christ spirit that plagues you with false prophecy.

Deborah,
I emailed Chad with info re this blog. Hopefully he cares to dialogue with you.

Oh imagine that, so did I. I just hope he prays about this and the Holy Spirit opens his eyes before it’s to late.

Deborah, you have a good imagination! I would be especially interested in his response, here, in this venue!
27 March, 2008 at 6:28 pm
Deborah,
Please refer me to any previous blogs to which you may have responded the question I am about to ask: what is your definition of how God speaks to us today? I know that may seem obvious that His Word is our primary source of revelation, but just how primary is it? Take out your sword and wield it!

Stan
Next time I’ll text message you and we can colour co-ordinate our clothes for work tomorrow. haha :)
But on a bigger note, I hope he does show up. Not because I want to argue with the guy, but because I hope he brings the Holy Spirit with him to steer him in the right direction. It saddens me immensely that people get caught up in stuff that’s not of God but because all their ‘friends/pastors/preachers’ are going it so it must be ok.

Hi Stan
God does speak to us in many different ways, the Holy Spirit does most of the talking.
- So we have the bible (complete - nothing needs to be added) where the Holy Spirit helps us understand.
- We have personal messages from the Holy Spirit that he uses to direct our lives and keeps us on the right track i.e., conviction towards repentance of sin.
- Then there is prophecy by tongues - God prophecies though a man speaking in tongues and then God gifts another to translates it so everyone will understand.
- Then we have prophecy by others for others. But what we see today with all these ‘prophets and their prophecies’ is not correct.
If God gives a prophecy over someone’s life or even a nation for that matter it
WILL always:
a) correct them on disobedience/sin etc
b) bring them to repentance
c) end with salvation though Jesus Christ
NOT:
a) promise to make you rich (Prosperity)
b) signs and wonders (For Satan is a master at signs and wonders)
c) tickling people’s ears with what they want to hear
d) lure people in with the promise of healing
e) twist scripture to suit their own purposes
etc, etc, etc
As you can see, a true prophet 99% of the time brings about a warning; repent, live a holy life, accept Jesus before it’s too late. (His Church will be pretty empty)
A false prophet preaches all the things the people want to hear and then some, and bedazzles them with signs and wonders to come (His Church will always be full)

Deborah,
Now that you have stated your conviction hopefully Mr. Taylor will know by what measure his prophetic pronouncement about Africa will be evaluated.
One thing, however. The apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 14:3 teaches that the function of prophecy is to speak edification, exhortation and comfort. Speaking a warning doesn’t seem to be the emphasis on this defining passage.
Not only were the prophecies of Scripture marked by warnings of impending judgment and call to repentance but there were also marked by phenomenal promises of surpassing restoration that seem hardly believable.
Just some observations.
28 March, 2008 at 10:09 am
Hi Stan
>> The apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 14:3 teaches that the function of prophecy is to speak edification, exhortation and comfort.
Correct and the above is ALWAYS accompanied by 2 or more of the points below:
a) correct them on disobedience/sin etc
b) bring them to repentance
c) end with salvation though Jesus Christ
Do you see this in Chad’s prophecy? Do you even see Jesus’ name mentioned anywhere?
I see no mention of repentance of sin, all I see is ‘get ready, God’s gonna bless you no matter how sinful you are’. False comfort, false edification and false exhortation, nevermind false location.
Interestingly enough, exhortation means: ‘an utterance, discourse, or address conveying urgent advice or recommendations’
By the way, is repentance of sin and salvation not comforting? ;)
28 March, 2008 at 10:09 pm
Deborah,
No, I do not see Chad’s mention of Jesus in His prophecy. Pity. “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. ”
And I did expect you to bring out the truth of the comfort of sins repented of and forgiven. Nothing compares with the release from the chains of self-delusion.
Chad may indeed have missed the mark (isn’t that one of the definitions for “sin”?) by not editing his pronouncement. “The spirit of the prophet is subject to the prophet.”
I have been to enough services where prophetic pronouncements were challenged by the leadership as being of the wrong spirit, having erroneous content or just ill-timed (still wrong). It can’t be a comfortable thing to be corrected in a public gathering of believers. But it sure is merciful! “If we would judge ourselves we would not be judged.”
A parting cogitation: the two occasions when the prophet Agabus was recorded to have made a pronouncement in the Book of Acts don’t seem to fit into your formula (the “ALWAYS” may need an edit). His prophecies were given that God’s people would take appropriate action at the time for future ministry opportunities.
29 March, 2008 at 7:27 am
Hi Stan
Yes you are correct my ‘ALWAYS’ does need to be edited in this regard.
Thanks :)

I know Chad personally, I’ve never known him to be off. Everything he has said to me as come to pass. He’s stirring up the Church for revival and going into the Harvest fields. And we are seeing many people touched.
4 August, 2008 at 4:17 pm
>> And we are seeing many people touched.
‘touched’ - Yeah, this is what bothers me.
PS, there is no REVIVAL in the end times, go read your bible Micahel and stop relying on Chad for fortune telling.
